Approved members use JBA’s authorised AUCNET and ECOAUC accounts to choose lots and place their own bids. JBA provides one-to-one remote guidance, then handles auction settlement, receipt in Japan and international delivery.

A submitted bid is binding under the auction rules and normally cannot be cancelled.
- 04See the result
If another valid bid is higher, you do not buy the lot. If you win and any reserve is met, payment is required.
- 05Confirm and pay
JBA confirms the complete amount and assigned payment route before the 24-hour payment period begins.
- 06Receive your shipment
After cleared funds, JBA receives the item in Japan and coordinates the approved international shipment.

International delivery
The route is confirmed before dispatch.
Shipping is quoted for the actual destination, parcel and item type. JBA does not promise service where a carrier, export rule or sanctions control prevents safe delivery.

The selected carrier, tracking number and expected transit range are shown after dispatch.
Availability, insured value, exclusions and claim evidence are confirmed before shipping.
Dangerous goods, protected materials and destination restrictions may prevent shipment.
The customer is responsible for destination import duties, taxes and lawful import requirements.

Provisional launch terms in USD, shown for planning only and confirmed during onboarding. The initial buying limit is five times the refundable security deposit. The 5% service fee is tax-inclusive and calculated on the amount COCO must pay to the upstream auction operator. Payment, foreign exchange, transfer, shipping, customs and insurance costs are separate. Final fees, deposits and limits remain subject to account review and the accepted onboarding schedule.
